What those reports describe, taken together, is a compression of the middle. Average technical execution collapses in value. Generic prompt engineers flood the market within months. But the professional who brings genuine domain depth, clear judgment, and human relationships to an AI-enabled workflow becomes exponentially more productive, and exponentially harder to replace.

AI does not raise all boats. It flattens the floor and raises the ceiling. Where you land depends entirely on what you built before the tide came in.

The Inequality That Modern Societies are still Facing

I was born in Venezuela. I know exactly what low self-esteem from a developing country feels like, the quiet, pervasive belief that you are behind before you begin. That the world's systems were built by and for someone else, somewhere else.
